Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your Pixie Queen purchase.

However, if for any reason you would like to return an item you can do so within 14 days for a refund. 

Unfortunately, any returns received after 14 days will be exchange only.

We can not refund OR exchange any unwanted items after 30 days from the order being placed.

**Please note SWIMWEAR items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons**

In order for your return to be processed, all items must be returned

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Free from makeup and self-tan marks
  • Unperfumed
  • In the original packaging
  • Tags attached
  • Return form enclosed

Please be careful when trying your items on as returns that do not comply with the above criteria will automatically be returned to sender.

We do not offer a pre-paid postage service therefore recommend you return your items via a recorded method as we cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels.

All refunds will be processed within 48hrs of goods received back and will be refunded via your original method of payment, excluding delivery charge.

Please note your bank may take 3-5 days to show the refund in your account.

Footwear

All footwear must be returned in pristine condition, unworn and in their original shoebox, without any postage labels placed on the box.

Faulty Items

We are so sorry if the item you received was damaged or incorrect.
